Hydration for our runs is proudly supported by 100Plus and Ice Mountain. While we strive to provide sufficient hydration for all runners, we encourage you to bring your own hydration as availability may vary at each session.
To ensure fair distribution, we kindly ask each runner to take only one can of 100Plus or one 600ml bottle of Ice Mountain during our Wednesday runs. This helps ensure that hydration is available for everyone.
Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our runs well-supported and enjoyable for all!

Not exactly, they serve different purposes. The Healthy 365 scan-in is a requirement for our collaboration with HPB and UOB Plaza, and it’s what entitles you to bag deposit. On the other hand, the Running Department Train With Us Community Run is our way of managing group sizes and keeping runners updated about cancellations or changes.
No. For our regular Wednesday runs, the Healthy 365 check-in is all you need. RSVP with Running Department will only be required if we’re hosting special collaborations or event-based training runs such as SCSM Official Training Runs.
Yes, you can still join the run. However, without scanning in, you won’t be able to deposit your bag or access hydration support. We strongly encourage everyone to follow the process so that you can get the most out of the session.
Our Wednesday run at UOB Plaza is part of HPB’s Healthy Workplace Ecosystem, a long-term partnership to encourage healthier living in Singapore. Scanning in helps us stay compliant with the programme, while also ensuring that everyone who joins does so safely.
If you skip the scan-in, you won’t receive a wrist tag. That means you won’t be able to deposit your bag or enjoy hydration support like 100PLUS or Ice Mountain.
