Take your running to the next level with a tempo training run that will help you build speed, stamina and endurance.

Tempo runs are designed to challenge your body by pushing your pace just beyond comfort, improving your ability to sustain higher speeds for longer. Whether you’re starting out on your running journey or training for an upcoming race, this session is perfect for any runner looking to give their stamina and overall performance a boost. You’ll have two different routes to choose from: a 5K or 10K. No matter which route you take, our friendly pacers from Running Department will be there to support you along the way.

What’s more, you’ll have a chance to trial our latest running innovation, the Nike Vomero 18. Run in cushioned comfort with an all-new combination of ZoomX and ReactX foam.

Please ensure you register in advance on the Nike App or Nike Run Club app and flash your unique QR ticket found on the event detail page to allow a smoother check-in. Don’t forget to collect your wristband to gain access to our bag drop and shoe trialing. Come down and take in the sights and sounds of the bay with us!
