Expect a mid-run combination of bodyweight and plyometric exercises to strengthen key running muscle groups.\nRun under the city lights in the heart of the Central Business District\nMeet like-minded runners and enjoy the post-run buzz!\n\n\nGeneral Reminders: \nYour safety matters to us!
