Running as a pacer helped prolong my interest in the sport
When I started running, all I wanted to do was to run races and finish them without walking. Then I began to set different goals: get faster, run a longer race and run forevermore. I did everything I thought I was supposed to do in training. I stopped drinking, planked, strengthened, stretched and tapered for

Shoe review: Nike React Infinity Run
A bit of background I’ve been running for about 10 years but only recently started running in Nikes. I like light racing shoes with a bit of stability. It’s a bit hard for my wide feet to fit into most Nikes, but my recent experiences have changed my perception. I had a terrible fall and

Postpartum Running for New Mummies
I have just given birth to a baby boy (Shameless me: I think he is quite cute!) and haven’t been running for a year in preparation for his birth. I have always stared hard at various Instagram posts of mummies running with a big belly that is dangerously hanging low and wonder, am I going
